Most good TV ideas got used up, but our boy Joss made it better.
Some shows had effects, some had dialogue, some not so much … this one had it all.
The crazy followers, like me, they call Browncoats. This one’s for them...

ride, so fluid, bring your cryo frozen sis! (cuz you can’t resist) Yeah our
work may be illegal but at least it’s honest. Got All-
iance at our backs but we still persist. (but we’re on their list). Let’s

Jayne wear brown, he looks better in red, better
watch for Vera, hit ya square in the head (and you’ll wind up dead) We’re the
crew of Serenity, Firefly class, if you
mess with the best, find yourself in the trash (right Saffron?)
Take it to the sky, that’s our home, let’s fly! (Firefly let’s go!)

Power in the verse’ll ever bring us down, can’t
cancel us, cuz our coats are brown! (and we stand up proud) Keep her

order? We don’t care, check the DVD sales. Didn’t
aire the proper pilot? Just another Fox fail. (Still Serenity sails). I

chanic so cute, you’ll forget about the grease stains

fly a crazy Ivan in the sky so precisely (Wash for the win G!)

Bridge: Time for some thrilling heroics, every episode,
Characters exciting, fleshed out, and so epic yo.
Not even a season but an Emmy on their wall, won a-
wards, loyal fanbase, kept us enthralled. But they

got a bad compression coil, name was Fox. Cancelled
them too quick, left us all in shock. DV-
D sales, skyrocket, but then, who would have guessed,
they’d clutch on to ownership, nope, I’m not impressed.

Verse 3:
Roots in the old west, best in the verse yes,
Robin Hood mixed with someone no one’d seen yet,
(with a touch of Boba Fett) If you
_gotz the credits then we gotz the skills, may be
tough, but we do it by sheer force of will
(we’ll just send you the bill) Keep our
bird in the sky and we’ll be just fine (Netflix

Genre bending, winning hearts, redefining TV art,
Sci-Fi Western comedy, dialogue off the charts. (Cuz it’s Whedon, c’mon!)
Realistic future watchin cultures collide, but they
kept it so organic, never felt contrived (made the world so alive) They
took me to the sky, that’s my home, let’s fly (Firefly let’s go!)
